Mellow Mint works at any time of day. It’s naturally caffeine free. It can still inspire focused thinking midday. Before bed is also great, and pairing a cup of Mellow Mint with a good book will inspire rest faster than you can count sheep! We also love to enjoy Mellow Mint before and after a meal, just to freshen the breath. Remember, each bag can be used up to 2-3 times (and be sure to press and massage the bag with a spoon for maximum benefit!)
